The sign up sheets are on the table outside of the Athletic office until Friday, June 1st. Please sign up for any sport you're interested in playing so coaches can get in touch with you about any and all summer and preseason information. GIRLS BASKETBALL - There will be a girls basketball meeting next Thursday during lunch (1st & 2nd) in the library. Please bring your lunch and get there as soon as possible. There is also a girls basketball sign up page outside the athletic office. Please sign up by next Wednesday May 23rd if you plan on playing next season. _________________________________________________________________________ MISCELLANEOUS CHS Student Government wants to let everyone know that the annual Senior Oscar Night will be held on Saturday, May 19th at 7:00p.m. in the Comstock High School Auditorium. This is an incredible evening of live entertainment provided by our high school Seniors and is a fun way to celebrate the departure of the Class of 2012. This year's MCs are Keegan Ammon, Kelsey Foster-Goodrich, Tim Johnson and Zane Rickstad. Tim Johnson, Sarah Keizer, Mikayla Hicks, Ryan Bontrager, Veronica Honda and Jasmine Camburn will be performing that evening. We also have a myriad of Seniors who will be presenting and receiving mock awards. Please consider coming to this great event and bring as many family members and friends as you would like! The preferred dress code is semi-formal to formal. In addition, the CHS Student Government will have baked goods on sale to help raise funds that will be put toward physical improvements to the high school building this summer and early next school year. Thank you for your support and hope to see you on May 19th! Last FULL DAY for seniors is Tuesday, May 22nd. Senior exams will be 5th block on Wednesday, May 23rd, 1st & 2nd block exams will be Thursday, May 24th, and 3rd & 4th block exams will be Friday, May 25th. SENIORS Don't forget that ALL debts need to be paid in full by May 31st before you can receive your cap and gown!! If you have any questions please see Mrs. Deibler in room 108-1. SENIORS who have library books out need to return them by May 25th or they will become a debt. For students who really know how to plan ahead, the topic for the Voice of Democracy Speech Contest in the fall will be "Is Our Constitution Still Relevant?" See Mr. Coyne in Room 205 for any further details needed. DEDICATED DIGGING just dropped off a flyer in the office for anyone who might be interested in entry level positions. You must be 18 by July 1,2012. If this sounds like something you would like to learn more about please pick up a flyer in the office.
