    How do I activate my account?
    For Students:

    Check with your classroom teacher or library media clerk; they can provide you with your login credentials.

    For Parents:

    Your should have received your activation key via US mail. If you have not received your activation key, please contact a building secretary; we may not have your current or correct address on-file.

    If you are unable to locate your activation key, or have problems activating your account, building secretaries are able to retrieve your activation key.

    If you have activated your account, but are having difficulties logging on, building secretaries can reset your password.

    What information is available on InfiniteCampus?
    Attendance and class schedules are provided K-12.

    Grading information, including finalized grades, and assignment information is provided 6-12; K-5 grades are expected before the end of 2007.

    Student assessments, including MEAP, NWEA, and other standardized tests are also available.

    I started receiving phone calls from a computer system. What is it?
    The system you are receiving messages from is called ShoutPoint and it works with our student information system Infinite Campus. It is used to notify you of important school events such as:

    • Open Houses

    • Conferences

    • Emergencies

    • and Attendance Information.

    I want to change the type of calls I receive for the numbers the system calls. For example, I want any attendance information to go only to my cell phone. How can I do that?
    You can make modifications to your call preferences by using the Parent/Guardian Portal. Once you have logged into the Portal, find the link called "Change Contact Info" on the left navigation. (see purple arrow)

    By clicking on the link you'll be able to modify the call preferences to any phone number or email address we have on file for you. Please note: the ONLY way to change the phone numbers or email address we have on file for you is by contacting one of the building administrative assistants.
