CONGRATULATIONS TO THE WOMEN'S TENNIS TEAM for making ACADEMIC ALL STATE for the 2ND YEAR in a row!!  Our regional team included: Cassidy Boers, Monica Gordon, Macy Fahl, Kelsie Carver, Tori McNett, Caylea Jackson, Grace Miles, Taylor Wells, Ashlee Miller, Lisa Way, Jade Bruner, and Allie Novak.  The team GPA was an impressive 3.46!
 
5-16 - MHSAA Regionals
 
CONGRATULATIONS TO KELSIE CARVER! Kelsie was the Regional Runner-up at 4 Singles! Congrats also to MACY FAHL! Macy beat the heavily-favored Hackett opponent to make it to the semi-final round. Victories by Cassidy Boers, Grace Miles, and Taylor Wells helped propel the team to a tie for 5th place at the Battle Creek Regionals (out of 10 teams).
 
5-9 & 10 - Wolverine Conference Tournament
 
Comstock Tennis team finished the Wolverine Conference Tournament in 8th place (1 point from 7th place) and 2 Lady Colts medaled for the first time in 3 years! Kelsie Carver finished 3rd at the 4 Singles flight and Monica Gordon finished 4th at the 2 Singles.

The Lady Colt Tennis Team made the most of the long journey to regional foe Hillsdale last night by winning the match 5-3.  Continuing their dominance at singles were Monica Gordon, Macy Fahl, and Kelsie Carver.
Doubles teams of Caylea Jackson and Tori McNett, and Grace Miles and Taylor Wells picked up big regional-seating victories.  Join us tonight as Vicksburg comes to our courts to finish Friday's rain-delayed match.

The Lady Colt Women's Tennis team beat the raindrops last night, but not the Paw Paw Redskins. Although a close match, we lost 3-5.  Winning their competitions were Monica Gordon, Macy Fahl, and Kelsie Carver, all winning in straight sets.

The Women's Tennis Team battled very strong winds and the Plainwell Trojans last night. We tied the match (4-4) for the first time in over 3 years.  Winning their matches were: Monica Gordon, Macy Fahl, Kelsie Carver, and the doubles team of Grace Miles and Taylor Wells.

The Lady Colt Women's Tennis Team traveled to South Haven Saturday and come home with a conference victory!
Our singles players dominated the Rams - including Cassidy Boers, Monica Gordon, Macy Fahl, and Kelsie Carver.
Our 2 doubles (Grace Miles and Taylor Wells) secured our first conference win.

4-19 - GK Tennis Tournament
 
The GK Womens Tennis Tournament finished ahead of the raindrops on Monday.  Excellent play by Kelsie Carver, Monica Gordon, and Macy Fahl helped out team finish tied for 10th in the 14 team tourney that featured power-houses Portage Central and Gull Lake.  We continue conference play tonight against State Runner-up Allegan.
 
4-16 - Comstock 3 - Otsego 5
 
Our Lady Colt Tennis Team battled high winds and conference foe Otsego but came up on the wrong end of the 3-5 final score. Victorious for our Colts were Monica Gordon, Macy Fahl, and Kelsie Carver. Tori McNett and Grace Miles also played very well, forcing a third set against a veteran team.

4-2 - Comstock 1 - Three Rivers 6
 
Our Colt Tennis team traveled to Three Rivers last night to begin conference play. After 4 hour and 15 minutes, the match was not complete. We lost 1-6 with Macy Fahl scoring our victory at 3 singles (6-1, 7-5). Kelsie Carver is up in the 3rd set but it was called due to darkness. We will go back to Three Rivers tonight to complete her match.

2 Singles - Monica Gordon lost to Alexis Brownll (6-2, 6-1)
3 Singles - Macy Fahl WON over Talor Katsores (6-1, 7-5)

1 Doubles - McNett and Miles lost to Roberb and Ulmer (6-1, 8-6)
2 Doubles - Miller and Wells lost to Springer and Stevens (6-2, 6-1)
3 Doubles - Bruner and Hankinson lost to Stevens and Springer (6-2, 6-1)
4 Doubles - Way and Sivley lost to Abnell and Trammell (6-1, 6-3)

Our Women's Tennis Team battled strong cold wind all night as well as a veteran Galesburg-Augusta team before losing 3-5 in our first match of the season. Victorious for our Colts were Cassidy Boers, Monica Gordon, and Kelsie Carver.
