10-26 - MHSAA Regional
The Comstock Varsity Cross Country team ran in their regional meet on Saturday, at Portage West Middle School. Zach Richards had a great race finishing first overall, and setting Comstock's school record with a time of 15:55. Zach will compete in the state cross country meet next Saturday at Michigan International Speedway. Josh Mussche ran a 18:23 and gave it his all trying to qualify for the state meet. Rush Rodwan, Garret Green and Kendall Green all had PR's on Saturday finishing the season on a high note. The team finished 7th in the region with two of it's top five runners not running on Saturday.

Comstock 21 - Coloma 38
The Comstock Varsity Cross Country team picked up two more victories last night. Comstock beat Edwardsburg 19-40, and Coloma 21-38. This improves the teams conference record to 6-0. Comstock had 6 of the top 7 runners. Zach Richards lead from start to finish, and finished with a time of 17:25. Doug Keto finished third overall with a time 19:01, followed by Austin Salome, Travon Blakely and Josh Mussche. Devin johnson ran his best race so far this year and finished 19:59.
9-19 - Delton Invitational Champion
The Comstock Varsity Cross Country Team continued it's winning streak, taking 1st overall at the Delton Invitational for the second year in a row. The Colts ran away from the 8 team field placing four runners in the top ten. Zack Richards took first overall, running almost a minute faster than the second place finisher with a time of 17:11. Almost all Comstock runners finished with Personal Records Thursday night. Austin Salome finished 4th overall with a time of 18:07, Doug Keto 5th 18:17, Travon Blakely 10th 18:43, Josh Mussche 18:57, Devin Johnson 19: 58, Rush Rodwan 22:10.

The Comstock Varsity Cross Country Team improved it's record to 4-0 on the season, with two victories Tuesday night at Berrien Springs. The Colts defeated Plainwell 20-37 and Berrien Springs 23-35. Zack Richards took first place overall with a time of 17:44, followed by Doug Keto 18:47, Austin Salome 18:56, Josh Mussche 19:12 and up and coming freshmen Travon Blakely 19:22. The Colts look for back to back titles at the Delton Invitational on Thursday, at the Gilmore Care Museum.
