Class of 2000

Nick played varsity basketball for me for three years.  He was definitely a coach’s dream to have on the team and a great floor general.  He was the epitome of a team player and was our captain for two years.  Even though soccer was a great influence in his life, basketball was still a priority and he showed to every open gym and was the kind of kid that brought other kids together.  He was a very mature and thoughtful kid that always tried to look out for other people by either giving them rides home or even buying them lunch.  He definitely was a joy to coach. - Mike McKinley
